By accessing or using og.deal (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

og.deal is a peer-to-peer marketplace for the buying and selling of social media accounts and usernames. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Fraudulent listings, misrepresentation, or any attempt to deceive other users is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

All transactions on the Platform are facilitated through our escrow system. Cryptocurrency funds are held in escrow until both parties confirm the deal is complete. og.deal charges a 5% fee on the seller's proceeds upon successful completion of a deal. Fees are non-refundable unless a deal is voided by Platform staff following a dispute review.

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, either party may escalate the deal to Platform staff for review. Staff decisions are final. Users who lose disputes may face account restrictions or permanent bans at the discretion of og.deal administrators.

• Selling accounts you do not own or have authority to transfer.
• Engaging in wash trading or artificial price manipulation.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to circumvent the escrow or Platform payment systems.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

og.deal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of listings, the completion of transactions, or the security of third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding escrow funds may be subject to a review period before release.
